From worked hours to paid invoice, without re-keying

Approved attendance becomes timesheets. Timesheets become payslips and client invoices. The same hour is never typed twice, and overtime is never quietly given away.

Where the money leaks

Most companies pay overtime they never bill for

When the rota lives in one place and the invoice is built in another, the hours stop matching. A guard covers an extra three hours, gets paid at time and a half — and the client invoice is raised from the original planned shift. Secure360 bills from what was actually worked, so the overtime you pay for is the overtime you charge for.

  • One source of hoursThe approved clock time drives the payslip and the invoice equally.
  • Margin on every shiftPay, charge and profit shown line by line, before you invoice.
  • No spreadsheet in the middleNothing to re-key, so nothing to mistype at 11pm on invoice day.

Rates

Rates that match how your contracts are actually written

Set a rate at whatever level makes sense. The most specific rate always wins, so one awkward site does not force you to restructure everything.

Four levels

Company, client, site or position. A site rate overrides a client rate; a client rate overrides your company default.

Four rate types

Standard, hourly, per shift and daily fixed — whichever way this particular contract is priced.

Automatic night rates

A shift falling mostly across the night window is priced at the night rate without anyone ticking a box.

Overtime both ways

Hours past the standard working day move to 1.5× on the payslip and on the client invoice.

The month end

Four steps instead of four days

1

Approve the hours

Review clock times, fix anything that needs fixing, and lock the period.

2

Check the timesheets

Regular hours, overtime, pay, charge and profit on every shift — and your margin per client.

3

Run payroll

Generate the period's payslips, apply deductions, and email every guard their PDF in one go.

4

Send the invoices

Raise client invoices with taxes, adjustments and your bank details, and email them as PDFs.
