- GPS location — active shifts or check-ins only, never outside working hours
- Device information — device ID, OS version, app version, battery level
- Checkpoint scans — timestamps and locations of QR/NFC scans
- Usage data — features used, login times, session duration
2.3 From third parties
- Payroll integrations, if enabled — employee IDs and shift data only
- Emergency services — location shared only when the panic button is activated
