Register as a Guard

Create your own account. It belongs to you, not to any company — so if you work for more than one, you use this single login for all of them.

What happens next. Registering does not join you to a company. When a company invites you, you accept the invitation with this account and their work appears for you. You can accept invitations from as many companies as you like.
